Good hotel if your only going to be in town a couple of nights. Walls were a bit paper thin as we could hear next doors conversation in the morning and snoring through the night. Get the hotel address in Chinese before you go, we had a nightmare of a time at the train station trying to get a taxi... more

Bathroom and carpet shabby. TV picture fair. Towels and bedding very nice. Softest bed we've had in China. Internet connection very fast and easy. Staff very friendly. View from our window was a gutted building, but I think some others had a better view. Maybe our tour company got a cheap rate for the rooms on this floor. Breakfast buffet... more

I stayed at the HNA Downtown as part of a tour with GAP Adventures. This was definitely the best hotel of our trip. The location was good, within walking distance of many of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and reasonably-priced.
