We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of August when Xi'an was horribly hot and one night I woke up because of the heat and realized the hotel had no electricity, thus no air con and it lasted maybe for an hour or so. Our room was fumed with smoke, unfortunately so I had to open the door for... More

The hotel was clean and well kept. The dining room offered many choices for the included breakfast. Several of our group had difficulty with getting into our rooms at check in. Ours actually had someone still in the room as we got the key to open the door. Oops! Staff was helpful. Worth the stay.

Had the pleasure to stay in this 5 star hotel for two nights. Service good, room very nice with complimentary toiletry assessories. View from room nothing to write about, but inner yard has a pond with goldfish and carps. Public spaces and restaurant are nice. Outer surroundings have a lot of traffic - 700 m. to shoppingcenter. Bar prices are... More

We stayed here as part of a tour of China, we were impressed overall with the staff and rooms. I think the outside could have done with an update so it looked as good as the interior. I recommend this hotel if you staying in Xian

Nice hotel overall staff friendly and helpful and we had little difficulty communicating with them. All you needed was in the large bedroom slippers dressing gowns toiletries etc. Only downside to the room was the shower which needed an in depth clean it was a little bit tired but worked O.K. Hotel dining room was well laid out offering one of... More

1. quite near by xi'an train station, like 10mins drive, around 13rmb. 2. front desk workers need to improve smile more. 3. indoor swimming pool, a little bit small for over 7 people. 4. buffee is worth the price. nothing realy special. 5. there is a travel agency, it's easier for looking around xi'an, you can follow group or hire... This is a very nice if large hotel. Rooms are large and clean and everything worked as it should. The staff were helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the meals we took in the restaurant. There is a nice pool and spa. Only issue - not much else around in the area.

This hotel is a nice surprise after rude Beijing hotels. The staff, from the cleaners to the managers are all very friendly and actually smile. The hotel itself is a pleasantly weird design around a central outdoor pond. The bar area is nice, with excellent friendly helpful staff. The Chinese restaurant was OK (but expensive) and it was strange when... More

This was a nice surprise - the hotel appears large but most rooms have a balcony which overlook the large koi pond in the central courtyard and with the walls covered with creepers it makes a lovely peaceful oasis in a very busy city. The rooms are large and comfortable and the shower good although as our shower door didn't... More

Many decades back, this must have been a grand hotel. There is a huge porch for arrival with a fountain at the center and the lobby area is big and wide with many desks, almost like a train reservation counter. The hotel is huge with 600 rooms, but they are spread out and one does not feel the hotel is... More
