This is probably the worst Hyatt property I have stayed in globally. They consider themselves a 4 and 5 star property. The property is very dated, the rooms are small, the beds are hard. The breakfast buffet is very un appetizing. Unless you have to, I would not select this hotel for even a one night stay in Xian. more
