Stayed here as part of a tour. The rooms were good but parts needed updating. Parts of the bathroom looked either very old or unfinished. The beds were quite hard too. Good enough for a short stay. We didn't have a choice of where to stay as all booked as part of a package. If you are travelling independently then... More

We stayed in this hotel twice, once while in transit through Xian and once when we came to see the Terra Cotta Warriors. As others have expressed, the hotel is a bit worn, but we found the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, with one one young man making a phone call for... We arrived with a small group of friends at Grand Noble Hotel. This hotel is already old and of course as mostly in China not well maintained. The location is good as all hotels inside the city wall. Our rooms was small and the bathroom in a very bad condition as well as dirty. The reception as well as the... More

the grand noble hotel is perfectly placed in central Xian. the rooms are large and well appointed and the breakfast choice very wide ranging. the main reasonfor being here is to see the terracotta army which is a fair travel away.

My family of five stayed here in July 2015. The hotel is nice--but a bit worn. The location is terrific. We came to Xi'an to see the famed and magnificent Terracotta Warriors. We were pleasantly surprised that exploring Xi'an itself offered many sights. The Bell Tower and the Drum Tower were terrific, but the Muslim Quarter was incredible and completely... More

Right in the main street within walking distance of Bell Tower and the side streets, well worth going out at night as it has a different feel. Good choice of food at breakfast and enough to keep everyone full for the long site seeing days ahead. Room was clean and good size with extra arm chair, desk, tv ect. Bed... More

We stayed two nights at the Grand Noble Hotel in Xian. Is was walking distance to Muslim quarters and Bell Tower and inside the ancient wall. The highlight of our stay was the famous terracotta warriors. The bike ride around the top of the ancient wall is worthwhile for 45 yuan each. We found the breakfast had a vast choice... More

Stayed here as part of a group. Room was comfortable and large. Breakfast good. The place is a little tired and very smoky. As many people are allowed to smoke inside, it is something that I am no longer used to and find it difficult to get past. It is in an excellent location, being a short walk (10-15 minutes)... More

Our group stayed here for 3 nights. The location is great for shopping and night-life. As many have mentioned, the Bell Tower (well worth a visit at night) is about a 15 minute walk. But with all the night time activity on the side streets, we took over an hour to get there and back. Our stay included breakfast which... More

We spent 2 nights here and had an easy time. The hotel is perfectly located for activities in the city. There is a lot nearby to see and do. It is close to the bell tower and the shopping areas. There is a small street around the left (as you look at the front of the hotel from the outside)... More
