This would have been the best hotel of our trip to China except they had no wifi in the rooms and we had to sit in the lobby to get reception. Our daughter was returning from an overseas trip and we were wanting to keep in touch so was a bit annoying. Everything else in the room was great. Nice... More

The hotel is literally right in the middle of everything and rated a four because of its location. Nothing that great about it- it is your typical clean and average hotel. I traveled with my teen aged daughter and the room had ample space for us to move freely around. The buffet was so so, and the staff was dry.... More

As the title suggests, choose another hotell! We arrived in Xi’an and thought we would take a taxi instead of navigating the train station with our luggage, as expected (sadly) the taxi driver tried to rip us off, the first part was asking for 200 Yuan for the toll to which we laughed and said no, he then took us... Typical 5 star hotel, with decent (but not amazing) breakfast. Personally, I think they need to change the layout of this area and include a few more items. Apart from this the facilities are great and the location fantastic, plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. A small grumble: we only had a one night stay but had... More

The lobby is very pretty with a piano an chandelier. Free wifi in lobby. The rooms are older, and appear clean, but our first room smelled bad and we asked to be moved. They moved us right away with no issue. Our second room smelled much better, but the hall still had a bad smell. The safe in our second... More

The room we had was recently redecorated, but the other room in our group wasn´t, so opinion in this aspect may vary. It´s quite centric and walking distance from the bell and drum towers, that is a plus. Hotel bar and breakfast lounge are Ok. We were so tired that we slept perfectly. The staff was also very friendly and... More

Just arrived today from Beijing. On arrival we were promptly and politely given our room and it's great - not massive but fine. We were hungry and immediately went down to get some food at the Yummy Café in the lobby. It's was great value and as a vegetarian I ate pretty well. The best thing about this place is... More

We arrived, and our receptionist was rather cold, and disinterested in being helpful. After getting our room and opening the door, an overwhelming horrible smell greeted us. The smell was akin to throw up that had not been cleaned up for months. We went back downstairs, and the same receptionist told us that she would send the housekeeper who would... More

This hotel is in a great location only a fifteen min walk from the Bell/drum tower, out of hotel left keep walking straight and in center of roundabout is bell tower, accessed by underground passages , further back on right is Drum tower. The Hotel has comfortable public areas with the bar on ground floor, also has happy hours. There is... More

We stayed here for 3 nights so we had plenty of opportunity to savor the breakfast buffet. First, check-in was super easy. Our rooms were pretty big with a big bathroom, which included a rain showerhead and a see-through window into the bedroom. Only drawback was the lack of free wi-fi, which was only available in the main lobby. Rooms... More
