The hotel is centrally located and in the Renmin Square area. When you enter the hotel you get that wow feeling, however the rooms were a little smaller than we were expecting. The dinner buffet was good value which included all your alcoholic drinks on offer and they will also cook a steak for you on request. A number of... More

Our travel agency in Boston arranged for us to stay at the Grand Nobel while we were in Xian. Our tour guide seemed to be on good terms with the staff and handled any questions that we had. The rooms were okay, the lobby impressive although the crystal needed a good cleaning. We opted for the dinner buffet. Our tour... More

Probably the weakest 5 star hotel that I stayed in during my Chinese trip – our original hotel had been changed at the last minute and this is where we were relocated. The entrance hall with cake shop and bar were lovely and we made full use of Happy Hour during both nights in the Xian. The problems started when... More

We spent two pleasant nights at the Grand Noble Hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet, air conditioned and with a king sized bed. The bathroom is large with even a bath. Two bottles of water were provided per day and there was a mini bar if you wished to purchase snacks and drinks. The hotel is within easy walking distance... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Noble Hotel in Xi'an. Rooms: Our rooms were very clean. Two free waters and a kettle are provided. There are also other refreshments available in the mini bar for purchase. There are bathrobes and slippers available in the closet. We especially liked that there was both a bathtub and a shower; it made... More

This is a nice simple hotel. Works well for a few nights. The beds are a bit hard. The breakfast was probably good but we had sore belles so we just had something light. It is situated in a good location in the city. Close to most things. The check in and check out took some time. Many people who... More

I booked two rooms here, one king and one twin room. Upon checking in, I was told that they had no more king rooms. When I asked if any concession would be given for this inconvenience, such as a free breakfast, I was directed to others with just as poor English all telling me the same thing - there are... More

We had a triple room so was very cramped, 2 single beds and roll-away (which folded up on my husband every time he sat on the bed, much to my daughters amusement) the beds were very hard but after a big day of touring I guess you can sleep anywhere. Quite a dark room but clean, also nothing to look... More

Hotel is centrally located. From the hotel turn left you will the Bell Tower. Walk on for 10min its the Muslim Quarter. Around the hotel and Bell Tower - plenty of restaurants, KFC, Big Mc, Starbucks - all within 5-15 min walk. And shopping too! You can also walk to the City Wall and Drum Tower. Its a good place...
