We appreciate the upgraded room on excutive floor, but not the embarrassment of being told not to allow to have the service (breakfast and afternoon tea) one day later. So, the upgrading rules were not very clear, but the gesture of upgrading was good. It is not walking distance to the center of town (Bell tower & Mosqe Square).

Extremely good hotel with attentive staff located close to the central city. We really enjoyed touring in Xi'an and the hotel made it very comfortable. We stayed on the 8th floor which had its own chech=in and lounge.

Go the exec floors & enjoy the daily happy hour. Rooms were beautifully appointed. Fitness centre is 5 star - beautiful pool, steam room, spa, gym, etc. staff were extremely helpful & funny. Great location within the inner wall. Great buffet breakfast with everything you could think of. Highly recommend it !!

The hotel was first class,with very good food and lounge.The staff worked hard to communicate in English[not always possible].Excellent location for visit to the Zoo and the Pandas.Visit to the Terra Cotta Warriors was a high point in China,easily reached from hotel.Lots of sights between hotel and sites,including a working oxen in a rice patty,which we stooped to see.

Excellent hotel to stay. I was indeed impressed with the service rendered during my stay despite we are not in the hotel mostly, and they paid attention to every details during my stay with them. I would certainly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.

Hilton Xi'an was truly a 5 star hotel in Xi'an. The rooms were quiet spacious, clean and updated. The staff were really amazing.
