I stayed there for 3 nites with my hubby & 4 yrs old son. Its basicly clean & tidy, spacious. Very comfy stay. Breakfast is above average. Location : Very convenient to every attraction in Guilin City. Negative is the bathroom. Its a bit small & need some upgrading work. The reception was not very helpful or friendly. more

I called the hotel from Shanghai. They don't really speak English so you need to have CHinese Speaking skill. When we arrived we checked in with no prolem and you can use the hotel safe.. it's safe. You get what you pay for!! Would not recommend. We didn’t expect luxury and we certainly didn’t get it. We laughed then nearly cried when we saw what was going to be our room for 4 nights. Decorated in pink balloons and love hearts above the bed, I ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag, with earplugs. Lots of noise... more
