At the first glance of the hotel, I was impressed despite the horrible review. Cleanliness wise is still acceptable but could have been better maintain. The major complain that I have is the rock hard bed. Its like sleeping on wood planks. Breakfast is average. Nothing much to shout about...

Don't go here! The place is in a superbad shape, service not living up to any global standards. Hot Springs themselves are closed (and look like they have been for years), filthy rooms - overall more horror movie setting than hotel. Nothing for the faint hearted,

As part of Tour group, we stayed there for 3 nights and our rooms were located at a separate block across the main hotel lobby. We have to walk across the open air car park area(it was chilly in the morning, despite it being early spring!) to get to breakfast area, as well as for the free Wifi which is... More

Hotel location is good with local shops and amenities within walking distance. Also, it is situated along the road leading to Yangshuo. Room is spacious and comfortable but the facilities and overall outlook of the hotel looks worn out and needed some upkeeping badly. Walkway leading to rooms lack lightings and the aisle appears dark and creepy.

We were assigned to this hotel as part of the tour package. Room: The rooms were relatively old, the mattress was hard. Worse still, we had mosquitoes in our room (not sure how they got there in the 1st place). The only good thing is there is unlimited TV channels. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was not bad but it is... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, it was part of the package tour that we booked. The rooms were quite well-equipped but our main complaint was the air-conditioning. We were in Guilin in November but it was quite warm, about 28 celsius outside. There were 4 of us and we had 2 rooms. My brother's room was so... More

This hotel was booked for us as part of our tour package. Initially we were concerned as reviews were quite negative, Yes, the rooms are a bit dated and have seen better times, but they were clean and comfortable. The beds are firm but we like them that way. Breakfast is local chinese fare with very limited western options. There... More

Big hotel, big room, good service and not bad for the location. Hotel also provide day tour and souvenir shop as well. Their travel agent provide good service as well. Some local stall available right outside the hotel. Easy to walk around. Breakfast is normal.
