From the moment we entered this hostel, we felt as though we were being 'taken for a ride' (i.e. ripped off). The rooms were highly overpriced & required a ridiculous 'key deposit' of $Y200 where a receipt would have to be presented upon checkout to get the deposit back, (but they don't give you a receipt to begin with). The girl at the desk was constantly trying to sell us tours or telling us that 'there are no buses to point A, only taxis & I can call you one' etc.

Room & attached bathroom was dark, dirty, and portrayed the 'rent by the hour' type of hotel. Although the room was quite large, it was still over priced.

None the less, we slept well as it is in a quiet location. more
