This was a Wendy Wu tour hotel. We arrived late and left early so were not able to even see the pool or enjoy the drink voucher as we only had breakfast there. The room was fine but usual hard bed. Breakfast the usual mix of european and chinese.

a very comfortable room, room carpets were stained, but we have noticed this seemed to be an issue with almost all the hotels we have stayed in so far on this tour. Bathroom and the rest of the room etc was very clean and comfortable, beds were marginally softer than the usual firm beds the Asians seem to like. Breakfast... More

We only spent six and a half hours in this hotel as we arrived at 2 in the morning due to a delayed flight and left at eight thirty next morning to get the boat for the Li river (a highlight of our tour). So we really can't rate it, to be fair I've rated it average. Breakfast was good... More

We stayed here one night as part of a tour. We arrived in quite late and had an early departure the next morning, so didn't get to check out the hotel fully. We were in room 535. It was a very comfortable room of a good size with two double beds. The bed was very comfortable (marginally softer than the... More

This was the third hotel that we stayed in on a Wendy Wu trip to China. I am glad that we only had one night here. I felt that the hotel was relatively shabby and there seemed to be a pervading odour in the room, though this may have been smoke. There was a bar of sorts, but it was... More

More or less what everyone has said about this hotel,it`s good without being great, rooms nice and the b/fasts are good. One of the best situated hotels on the tour, plenty to see and do and an evening walk along the river Li was an excellent alternative to sitting in the hotel, didn`t have any problems with the Wi-Fi and the shop was well... We had a two nights stay here on our Wendy Wu tour. The hotel was a lot better than the previous ones we had stayed at, although again the beds were hard (occupation hazard in China). Bathroom about the same as other hotels in China. Bar area and the hotel shop was well stocked and reasonably priced. Close by to... More

Stayed 2 nights on tour. Acceptable accommodation apart from minor plumbing issues and usual hard beds. Good western breakfast. Free Wi Fi , but poor signal strength. Short distance to nice lakeside walk in this beautiful city and not far to Mt Diecai lookout for the fit.

Most thinks about this hotel are good – the shower was very good. The obvious exception is the beds which are hard. There was a computer in the room (not just an internet connection). The hotel is almost beside the lake about a 15 minute walk from the centre – turn left when facing the lake. It is possible to... More

This large hotel was fine for the 2 nights we stayed there on a Wendy Wu tour. The room was clean and well organised and equipped like most hotels on our tour with hardish beds, a safe, decent lighting, a broadband connector, normal toiletries, non- fluffy towels, and sufficient space. The bar area downstairs next to the lobby was welcoming... More
