“Absolute customer focus”

We had our China management meeting at Ritz-Carlton in May and were absolutely delighted by the professionalism and the good care that was taken of us. The rooms are spacious albeit the interior is a bit on the "heavy" side. We will be back.

A great hotel in guangzhou with a high quality service. It has a great italian restaurant and a great bar downstairs at the lobby. Service is great you get what you pay for. It is right in front of the canton tower witch is very impresive and beautiful.

First class hotel. Booked a car through hotel from train station to hotel. When we arrived we were brought straight to our room and bypassed front desk.
