Stayed at the Springdale Serviced Residence in Guangzhou for two nights the beginning of June. I like service apartments because of the additional space, small kitchen, and washer and dryer. I had a large one bedroom with kitchen and one bath room. The apartment was relatively new and in good condition. The furniture and interior decorating was okay, but nothing... more

Place is new and quite clean. Staff were quite pleasant most times except two very memorable incidences. One was when I discovered the hairdryer was faulty, the heating element became very hot but the fan did not move, which was very dangerous. It was the 2nd day of our stay and I had not used the hairdryer the previous day.... more
