This stay was part of our complementary stay because of our long lay over at the airport. This was a nice place. Clean, comfortable and very spacious. The food at the breakfast buffet was good and there was plenty of meat to eat which we loved. Only downside was there was a building being constructed next door so there were... More

Due to our next flight being over nine hours we were offered a hotel to refresh and relax. We took the offer and it was well worth the filling in of extra temporary visa and extra passport checks. The hotel was exquisite, very clean and comfortable. Definitely better than an airport floor. We ate in the Western area, were you... More

I came in to Guangzhou around 5:00 am and had set up a tour as I had a 15 hour layover. I was offered a complementary hotel room as my layover was over 8 hours long. The shuttle bus took about 30 minutes to arrive at the New Century Hotel which was much nicer than I expected. Very easy to... More

We were lodged here for one night by China Southern Air after our connecting flight to Kansai, Japan was inexplicitidly cancelled. However we would not have caught it anyway as the first leg of CSA was over 2 hours late as were both other flights we had with CSA. The hotel was 30 minutes by a shuttle that we waited... More

We were sent to this hotel instead of spending the night in the airport. It is round 25min so not too bad. The hotel is quite big and that is also reflected in the rooms. All clean and meticulously arrange. The best was the massive buffet they have, with wide range of Chinese, Asian and European cuisine!

Typical mid level Chinese hotel. Hard beds, most of items in room work (you never expect everything to work. It just doesn't happen like that) Asian breakfast with coffee. English was well spoken due to Southern China airlines using it I suppose.

We were given a free night here by China Southern as we had 17 hours between our flight from Yangon and our flight home to London. We found the whole process easy enough, including getting through immigration and finding the accommodation desk. Everything was explained to us at the transfer desk, with good English spoken. We were put on a... More

My thanks to China Southern airways for putting us up here on a stopover. Even if you have to pay it's well worth the £25 (approx) for the breakfasts alone !!! The rooms are simply enormous and the entire place is absolutely amazing. Staff could do with a bit of a shake up particularly in the foyer bar/restaurant otherwise it... More

We had a 15 hour layover in Guangzhou and our airlines (China Southern) put us up in a complimentary room at this hotel. We had a fabulous room. It was a huge suite, probably 800 sq ft, with 2 bathrooms. The room was immaculate and all amenities provided. I would say that this is a 4 star hotel (American standards)... More
