Arrived with a group on business to warm welcome. Breakfast choice good but limited western choice, lifts are quick and there are cheap eating places just at side of hotel. Ask for higher floor for quieter sleep. £3 taxi to centre, 15 mins.

The Bad: The toilet broke on a daily basis and stop flushing all of a sudden. The website says they have roll-away beds but they do not and so they had our extra roommate sleep on the easy-chair with an extra blanket acting as if that were just as good. We missed a a complementary breakfast (2 people) and asked... More

Clean, unpretentious hotel that I would rate as a good 3.5 stars. Bed comfortable, rooms clean, bar adequate and breakfast OK for the price. Specify a non-smoking floor. Staff particularly helpful - thank you Sally who seemed to work day and night and was endlessly cheerful, friendly and helpful with transport getting to and from the Exhibition Centre!

This hotel has been nicely refurbished and staff hospitality is good but if you have your little monthly incident at night on the sheat, the manager comes to the restaurent with the photos on his mobile of your blood to complain to probably add money on the bill pretexting that they have to wach the towels!!! Class is not something... More

This hotel was not an outstanding experience, and since its previous reviews are dated, it's worth adding some feedback from March 2014. We were a large group, staying throughout the hotel. Some floors of the hotel have been renovated in the past four years. Other levels are unrenovated and feel much older. The floors also seem to alternate smoking/non-smoking, but... More

This is a nice and clean hotel with incredibly polite and helpful staff and a good breakfast buffet. The location isn't the best but it was fine. I was at Canton Fair. It was only a 20 minute (free) shuttle to the fair. If visiting for vacation you may want a more centrally located hotel however for my purposes it... More

breakfast is good, tasty and lots of selection, guest room is great, nice see-thru bathroom, warm and sweet lighting in room, wide range of TV channels, very friendly staffs especially at the concierge. Location is good, 5 minutes drive away from guangzhou east station, and the surrounding shopping malls. But, bear in mind, if u have a business appointment in... More

Room: The room is very spacious and clean. The air-conditioning worked well. We were able to sleep very well as the bed is very comfortable and bed sheets were clean and white. The television looked ancient though. Bathroom: The bathroom is clean with all the amenities that a traveller would require. The towels are clean and white unlike most hotels... More
