Good rooms and onsite facilities. Nothing much in the area but the Hong Kong ferry is next door and you can walk to the local theme park. Rooms are spacious and clean - bathrooms are well appointed. Breakfast and the evening buffet can become a bit dull after 2 weeks. Bar drinks are expensive and the steak restaurant is ridiculously... More

The hotel was chosen by my company and I was positively surprised: good service, great rooms (large and nicely decorated), good selection at the two restaurants and absolutely excellent sport facilities.

Located in the very south of Guangzhou, within a walking distance to the ferry terminal (to Hong Kong), walking distance to Tianhou Park (huge park, private beach, pagoda temple, lake... Yes all this!), very convenient to go to Nansha golf club or Nansha Marina but absolutely no shop around. The closest shops are in jinzhou, about 10km, the easiest way... More

After starting our trip to China in Hong Kong where my husband has family they suggested the Nansha Grand for one night as we entered mainland China. It was very reasonably priced for this caliber of hotel but it is kinda in the middle of nowhere ! We took the ferry from Hong Kong and had arranged for a van... More

Getting to this hotel was not fun but once I finally arrived it was great. It's so big, the gym and pools were lovely but the room doesn't smell nice at all. They even changed me to another and it's the same, but that's the only bad thing.

A really wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. The rooms are amazing, but the bed was a little too hard for me. The facilities are amazing just wish I was there for a holiday instead of work. Would have loved to use the gym and pools, especially the rock climbing... More

I like the previous reviewer Peter F have been staying at this hotel since it opened. The original builder of the hotel was a shipping mogul from Hong Kong and also the developer / promoter of the entire area of Nansha. Since his death a number of years ago the hotel has been owned by the son. When the son... More

Regular traveller to China and just stayed 59 days in Sheraton Jiangyin, excellent hotel. This hotel could not compare although public areas were nice. After check in there was no concierge or bell boy to help with baggage. Room was a bit tired looking, had asked for non smoking but there were several cigarette ends in the plant pots with... More

We started staying at this hotel when it opened 6 or so years ago, and came back twice a year every year since then. As with most Chinese owned hotels they do not believe in upkeep. The rooms have gone from gracious to gastly. Black mold in the bathrooms, dirty carpets that are not vacuumed daily, and big water stained... More
