Excellent Hotel, with Egyptian Theme , the ambiance is great, very friendly staff and great location to stay, Gangding Metro Is walking distance, its difficult to get Taxi Outiside on your own, but the hotel staff will get you one, I dont know how they do that, its better u ask the hotel staff to get the Taxi for you.

I can't help but like this hotel even though everything is a big random. The service is very hit and miss, as is the food, there are some very strange responses to basic questions but the rooms and suites are nice and relatively good value. The lack of a 'normal' lobby bar is a bit of a miss. The restaurants... More

We rented two rooms at this hotel at the last minute and had a palatial room for USD 80/night. Entry area, living room, eating area, office area, huge bedroom and spectacular bath with soaker tub, shower etc. The hotel is quite central, staff speak English and I'd recommend this place even at a higher rate.

Stayed in Guangzhou for two nights to watch Western Sydney Wanderers take on Guangzhou Evergrande in the ACL. Chose this hotel because I thought it was close to Tiahne Stadium, which I guess it was, but I never found my way there as there is little English signage, after I mastered the metro it was easy to get around. I made a booking on 19 Jun 14 via the hotel's website, was given a confirmation with a pending status and was told to complete a guarantee form. Upon sending the completed form within 24 hours, I received an email regarding the cancellation of my booking. When I emailed the hotel questioning about the sudden cancellation of my booking, they... More

On my last 2 nights in Guangzhou, I stayed in this hotel. Upon checking in, I was told that the rooms were not ready. The hotel upgraded me to the deluxe suite. That alone is worth 1 star :) It was World Cup season, and beer is free in the room's minibar. Great! Rooms were clean and well kept. My... More

I have stayed at this hotel before prior to the change of ownership. The hotel management has detiorated markedly since my last visit. The restuarants should be avoided especially breakfast which is a series of ill prepared and cold choices. Even the juices are watered down. The hotel is rated 5 star but should be rated 2 to 3 star... More

From this hotel, I have mixed feelings... Positive was that we had been upgraded during check-in to Deluxe room free of charge. The room was huge and cleaned. Negative was the location. The entrance is in the back of the building. Quite far from the main street and just few meters to local computer street market, which was really messy... More
