I have been stayed on the Executive Floor (21-23) in the hotel for three nights a week from January to end-April 2009. Over that period, I noticed the service standard within the hotel slip. For example, the list of services for Executive Floor guests is inconsistent. I did not receive a ‘complimentary welcome fruit plate on day of arrival’ for... more

Stayed on the Executive floor for four nights while attending the International Trade Fair. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was quite extensive and featured primarily Western and Japanese cuisine. English was not spoken by most of the staff, but just about everyone tried very hard. The hotel is one block from the subway and two... more

I'm staying at the TianLun International Hotel in Guangzhou, China while I'm in the country for business meetings. Overall, I'd say that this is a pretty decent hotel to be staying at. The room and its appointments are aesthetically appealing (if you're into the minimalist/zen interiors), the lobby and the restaurant (Grand Cafe) are likewise appealing. For the price we're... more

For adoptive parents traveling to Guangzhou, this beautiful, modern, five-star hotel is located a few minutes walk from the relocated U.S. Consulate, with room rates comparable to the White Swan. The hotel staff, from the housekeepers and waiters to the manager, could not have been nicer, more welcoming and accommodating - and nearly everyone spoke English. The included breakfast buffet... more

New, modern, very clean, well designed hotel. Requested NS King bed and was given one. This hotel is far superior to others I have stayed at in Guangzhou on previous visits (White Swan, China Hotel (Marriott) & Dong Fang). Will definately stay again on next trip to Guangzhou. more

I don't like the Tianlun Wanyi for only one reason -- the non-smoking room still reeks of smoke smell. But then again, it's got to do with the inconsiderate guests who don't care less about the comfort of fellow guests. But I do like the Tianlun for several reasons. First, its location next to the railway station, the main bus... more

The Tianlun International Hotel is fairly new and well run. During the Canton Fair prices are approximately 4 times the standard pricing. Rooms are very larger and the suites are huge. This is a very busy hotel. The location is good for business travelers. The railway station is directly across the street. The porters will wheel your bags to the... more
