My first visit to this property was about three months after it first opened. It's held up well over the past three years. The swimming pool is still the highlight of the property. I would like to point out to management that it might be time to change the carpets in the rooms. The staff remains warm and welcoming. "May"... More

I stayed at this hotel last week, and had a good experience there. -Location: little far away from downtown Guangzhou. Limited dinning options outside hotel. However, it is very close to Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Since I had to take a test at that university the other day, I find the location to be quite convenient. -Environment: the outdoor... More

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The location is very unique, next to Baiyun Mountains and a few old houses still left in the busy city of Guangzhou, street full of trees and a unique entrance to this hotel makes it very interesting. The facilities are just fine with a good breakfast buffet, restaurant next door, Art store... More

It struck me as more of a hotel for Chinese and conference-goers as the staff had virtually no English (but Reception ok) and the breakfast lay-out was eccentric. As it is next to the Baiyun country park and the authorities do not zone for high buildings, the hotel covers a wide area and I had a long corridor trek to... More

The hotel is far from city center (about 20 minutes) and google map is inaccurate whether you punch in the hotel name or by street address. best bet is to zoom in on the hotel webnsite's link, and show the driver, or let him know it's near Guangzhou University of Foreign Studies (better show this in Chinese also). Since that's... More

Only stayed one night as we had connecting flight the next day to Thailand. Cab driver could not locate the hotel even though we had provided the directions from the Easeland web site. What should have been a 20 minute drive from the airport turned into a 50 minute drive. By the time we eventually made it to the hotel... More

Very comfortable, well-appointed hotel. I got a good night's sleep every night. Staff friendly. Food was very good, but be warned, the restaurant closes exactly when they say it will close and dishes disappear from the buffet in an instant. The hotel bar closes early by Western standards - when we were there it was usually closed before 1030pm. No... More

I have now been at this hotel on 4 different occasions and each one was as good as the last. The staff is friendly and helpful and many of them speak English. The food is great and the facilities are good. The swimming pool is very clean and is said to have been filled by the springs of the Baiyun... More

We stayed at this hotel as we were visiting someone locally. However, if you were visiting Guangzhou generally you may find it's location a bit too far out of town. There is a metro stop not too far away and you can also get into the city by bus, so it's not out of the question. Additionally, this is a... More

This is a 4.5* hotel across from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies campus. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, with excellent English language skills. The service level is high. There are several restaurants, and a bar with Chinese, Asian and western light meals. The hotel is brand new, and well maintained. However, room cleaning is disappointing. The beds... More
