If you use their official website you can book a room which will cost a total of RMB428 per night(including tax and service charge) but when you arrive at the hotel they will tell you this rate is only for IELTS students and try extort an extra RMB40 for each night you have booked . When I booked there was... More

I came here for food as one of my friends was staying in the hotel whilst I was visiting China. After ordering our food it took about 40 minutes before anything even came to our table. A family that came in after us where finishing their food whilst we were still waiting for ours. We tried to ask the staff... More

This was a stunning alternative to mediocre hotels next to GDUFS when it opened a few years ago. It's well-priced and not too far from the airport and Baiyun Mountain - and nice rooms, especially if you get a garden room with sitting-out area, plus good WiFi connection. But now room carpets are dirtier, corridor mirrors are turning spotty from... More

My first visit to this property was about three months after it first opened. It's held up well over the past three years. The swimming pool is still the highlight of the property. I would like to point out to management that it might be time to change the carpets in the rooms. The staff remains warm and welcoming. "May"... More

I stayed at this hotel last week, and had a good experience there. -Location: little far away from downtown Guangzhou. Limited dinning options outside hotel. However, it is very close to Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Since I had to take a test at that university the other day, I find the location to be quite convenient. -Environment: the outdoor... More

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The location is very unique, next to Baiyun Mountains and a few old houses still left in the busy city of Guangzhou, street full of trees and a unique entrance to this hotel makes it very interesting. The facilities are just fine with a good breakfast buffet, restaurant next door, Art store... More

It struck me as more of a hotel for Chinese and conference-goers as the staff had virtually no English (but Reception ok) and the breakfast lay-out was eccentric. As it is next to the Baiyun country park and the authorities do not zone for high buildings, the hotel covers a wide area and I had a long corridor trek to... More

The hotel is far from city center (about 20 minutes) and google map is inaccurate whether you punch in the hotel name or by street address. best bet is to zoom in on the hotel webnsite's link, and show the driver, or let him know it's near Guangzhou University of Foreign Studies (better show this in Chinese also). Since that's... More

Only stayed one night as we had connecting flight the next day to Thailand. Cab driver could not locate the hotel even though we had provided the directions from the Easeland web site. What should have been a 20 minute drive from the airport turned into a 50 minute drive. By the time we eventually made it to the hotel... More

Very comfortable, well-appointed hotel. I got a good night's sleep every night. Staff friendly. Food was very good, but be warned, the restaurant closes exactly when they say it will close and dishes disappear from the buffet in an instant. The hotel bar closes early by Western standards - when we were there it was usually closed before 1030pm. No... More
