I stayed one night for a business meeting in the hotel on February 11th. My assistant booked me in a non-smoking business room with king bed and no breakfast via Ctrip for 790 RMB. I was put in a small room with a queen size bed, outdated furniture and a dirty bathroom. I was disappointed immediately upon entering the room... More

Positives: The hotel's first impression is pretty good. The lobby seems quite luxurious. The rooms are a little dated but very roomy. The chinese restaurant in the lobby is pricey but excellent food! The gym is enough for anybody to get a pretty decent workout. There is a department store (Luxury Brands only) that is so pricey that if you... More

Rather disappointing, specially the staff at the reception desk. we had several misunderstandings e.g. about check out time (14.00) according to my reservation and discussed at arrival, but at 13.00 hours my key was blocked. But most of all, the total disinterest of the staff, I walk to a free receptionist for check out, she ignores me completely, starts assisting... More

Stayed here for Canton Fair since 3 or 4 years ago. Good hotel and service. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The beds are very good compared to other China hotels.Free wi-fi in all the hotel. Very good breakfast in 30 floor with a great view. Shuttle bus service to the fair. Location is excelent. Good restaurants near the hotel.... More

Stayed in May for phase 3 of Canton Fair. Very old established hotel but in decent condition. Very good location close to many good restaurants. It takes an AGE to check in but that is fairly normal in China. Breakfast was actually not too bad with made to order omelette a good option. S winning pool very nice and decent... More

Been there for a business trip, we were given very small rooms with terrible carpet and tiny wardrobe. Hoestly speaking the Baiyun was a great hotel a long time ago, but now it's just shabby, or maybe we were unlucky and just got treated with bad rooms. Since we were there for business we didn't complain, but for any other... More

Stayed there one night. Central location, Right outside metro station TaoJin Exit B. Room had all I need, they offered qtip, nail file and razor which I don't usually find elsewhere. Good variety of complimentary Brekky with great view. Good view. Ok price. Room ain't spacious. I found it a bit weird having a phone and may-be-hairDryer in the bathroom.

The hotel has a very nice location and combines a lot of what a traveller might need, from restaurants to shopping mall. You walk out the door to find the metro station. Other than going to some Chinese shops, you don't need to go out of the hotel

I stayed in this hotel during Canton Fair, and it was a very decent hotel. The location is very good, you can travel every part of the city easily from there, also shuttle service was provided to the fair as well. The hotel room was very clean, and staff were very attentive. As I heard from many other foreigners, most... More

It's a decent hotel if you want to be near a metro station. The hotel is clean and a luxury shopping center is just next door. Food options in the area are fairly limited and the shops all tend to close early (about 9 - 10pm). There is a 7-Eleven right by the metro station should you get hunger pangs... More
