The Clifford Hotel is a 4-star hotel but charging only a 2-star price (about US$75 per night during the Summer peak). The hotel is easily reached by ferry and cross-border bus from Hong Kong. If you choose ferry, it takes about 1.5 hrs + 30 mins shuttle bus starting your journey from Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. For cross-border bus, it... more

Panyu is only a ferry ride away from Hong Kong in the Guangdong province in China. This was a 4 star hotel at a 1 star price, when compared to USD. Fresh fruit plate, 110 and 220 V, very clean and great water pressure for a foreign hotel. Coffee maker in room and hair dryer upon request from housekeeping. I... more
