I booked this hotel for the first time and have been to MAdinah numerous times before, of all my trips and stay at different hotels, i have found this one to be the best till now. Local hotel, but international service.... The staff are very helpfull. We can find also most of Indonesian staff in this hotel. They are very polite and always smile. Hotel just near the street and easy to find anything around the hotel. Only 5 minutes walking to Haram. All my family happy to stay in this hotel. Insya Allah for next... More

If ready to pay SR 200 more, better stay at Hilton or similar properties. The worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom stinks, bed sheets not cleaned, carpet not cleaned......the list goes on. The worst part is the buffet breakfast.....the less said, the better.

We stayed at this hotel on a visit to Medina having performed Umrah in Mecca. We hadn't pre-booked a hotel and so were not very hopeful of finding something this good at a reasonable price.
