When asked hotel staff for assistance they were not really willing to help. The rooms were dirty and the smell of damp was extremely strong. Breakfast was okay. We had booked a double room but when we arrived we were given a room with 4 single beds in it. We was told that the hotel staff would join the beds... more

My wife and I have been to this hotel twice and in both occasions the hotel management behaved like they were doing us a favor in their service provision. The rooms appear to have not been updated or renovated for years. Next time we will stay in another hotel near by the grand masjid of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), inshallah. more
