When asked hotel staff for assistance they were not really willing to help. The rooms were dirty and the smell of damp was extremely strong. Breakfast was okay. We had booked a double room but when we arrived we were given a room with 4 single beds in it. We was told that the hotel staff would join the beds but they never did!!!! Had to ask staff about ten times if needed anything even then it was very difficult to communicate with them as they hardly spoke english. Hotel safe and fridge was broken. Fridge smelt of damp!!!! more
