We stayed at Madina Oberoi for five nights in February 2015 as part of a ten-night Umrah trip. We selected it based on the rating and reviews on TripAdvisor (as we usually do). Our experience was vastly different to many of the (extraordinary) reviews concerning Madina Oberoi on TripAdvisor! Madina Oberoi (as it stands now) is by no mean a... More

the visit to the beloved city of SIDI Rasul Allah is a delightful and cheerful one, whenever the time of the year is. However my first stay at the hotel is not very impressive at all compared to others in the city. Although it's only 10 meters away from the Haram, the hotel is a bit old, but management is... More

I don't really know how to start, it was not my first visit and will not definitely be the last. Starting with the smiling young man welcoming the guests with a tray of delicious famous Madinah dates and arabic coffee, passing by the outstanding reception team,a front line that could never exist anywhere else but at Oberoi Madinah, then reaching... This is a nice hotel just beside mashjid e nabawai. Location was perfect for someone who need assistance to go haram. I found the food is good and also house keeping. Toilets were clean and spacious.Every service officer seems polite and knows what service industry requires.

Hotel is a few steps away from the Haram entrance. Handy in peak season with crowds. Clean and tidy foyer/communal area. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Meals were included in our package and there was something for everyone. Staff were courteous and helpful. A few shops in the actual hotel building. On the eve of Jumuah, we had chocolates... More

The name speaks for itself. The hotel is beautifully decorated, from the walls to the furnitures. The rooms are all elegant. And very spacious. I even loved the toiletries. The breakfast spread is superb. We had their buffet everything, three meals a day. Everyday, we would have their Khunafa. And I think theirs is the best so far. The services... More

Was there with friends for Umrah. It is a 2 minutes walk from the side entrance. Good location and service staff were excellent. The only confusion is that there are too many exit lifts. It took us at least 2 days to figure out which lift to which entrance. The restaurant serve reasonably priced Mediterranean Cuisine. One of the best... More
