I am Marrott Hotel silver member. I arrange this umrah trip without an agent and hassle free. We choose this hotel because wifi connection excellent. Because we have 2 kids and with internet is very hard for us to handle them. Hotel not clean, dust every where. The name is Marriott but not a standard Marriott hotel.

Excellent hotel, location only few minutes away from the prophets mosque, rooms nice and clean and excellent English speaking staff. The staff are very helpful and always ready to help. When requested for late check out this was also honoured.

Firstly all the staff working here are warm, friendly and extremely helpful unfortunately the hotel itself is old and in desperate need of renovations with its worn out decor. The first room we had on the first floor was right nest to the AC motors with significant noise also their was a bad sewerage smell in the room after one... More

This is not marriott that I know . The hotel is not far from the Holy mosque, it's overpriced, lousy food, only two lefts beside the service left and it is always Busy, my room rate was bed-and-breakfast rate I was really surprised the breakfast buffet I basically rated the. Restaurant and food-service this Marriott one (1) out of ten... More

When I was booking this property, little did I realise that the Marriott I was booking was unlike the Marriott's that we guests are familiar with worldwide. When you talk of a Marriott, the picture that comes to ones mind is a sprawling luxurious 5***** hotel which is the epitome of comfort. But the one in Madina is not even... More

Bullet-point Review: Location: 7 - 10 minutes walk to the Haram. Also very close to the Ghamama Mosque. Transportation: Free minivan to the Haram, sometimes comes late. Room Service: Fast and good. View: Part of the Haram is visible, the other rooms have a wide and beautiful view of the city. Breakfast: I would give it 2.5 stars. Below average,... More

There should be a gym/fitness center in the hotel for guests. I come here every year for 2-3 weeks and miss my workout. There are other hotels in madina city that provide such facilities so marriott can do that as well by making a small gym on mez floor.
