I stayed at Dar Al Naeem in Jaunary 2015 and was quite disapointed. We had a Four Bed room booked for 4 people and we expected a lot better for the price we paid. The room was just that. 4 Beds. No space for anything else, including bags. We were lucky that our friends in the next room has booked... More

Really stinky hotel, break fast was really not good, Service didn't exist. Rooms were not cleaning and bed lining were not clean as well. Toilets were just okay, Getting to the room was a major issue due to crowd waiting for Elevators

It is a very nice hotel. It is close to the Haram. The price is also reasonable and affordable. Food is also good and other Restraunts are very close. Food court is also near. Lots if area for shopping.

We booked this hotel on booking.com and from the pictures, the room looked great. We requested a double bed, instead of 2 singles. The room we got was very small, but clean, it had 2 single beds although I doubt the bedding was fresh, as the pillowcases smelt of hair oil. The bathroom was clean but using the toilet meant,... The most disappointing moment was our arrival on 29th July @ maghrib. The Receptionist was aloof; rude and unwelcoming. Only because we were in Madinah & abt 5 min walk from Masjidun Nabawi did we decide to stay. Rooms were not up to scratch. Although 3 rooms booked no parking available which caused some discomfort. All in all very disappointed... More

The Saudi Tourism department ranks it 4 star. Stupid enough. Less sitting place in the lobby. The rooms were clean but too small. The bathrooms were not good. Service was just okay. The only plus point for the hotel is its location. Just 200m from Masjid-e-Nabawi. Not more than a two star hotel.

We booked this hotel via booking.com for 2 days. Once we reached the property, we asked to check the room first so as to ascertain the quality of the room. We asked for a king size bed as we had 6 month old son with us. There was no king size bed available as told to us by rude front... More

Traveling in a group of 45 for Umrah, it was a group booking, stayed from Thursday night to Sunday afternoon. Some in our group got a 2 beds room, 3 beds room or one double bed, all rooms about the same size 3mx4m (not included the bathroom). Pluses: the AC WORKS (very very important during my visit - 1st week... More

Myself and 3 relatives stayed at this hotel for 5 days in April 2013 during our Umrah trip. This hotel is by no means more than a 2* and considering we paid 4* hotel price, it was not what we were expecting at all. We wouldn't have minded if this hotel was advertised as a 2* and costed accordingly. The... More

A so - so hotel, which is by no means a 4 star place. the only + is its location which is about 5-7 min walk to the prophet's mosque. breakfast is not included in room's rate which is strange. there is no business center (as opposed to its website claim) and wifi is very expensive. the make the rooms...
