The Hotel is located to the Central Entrance of the Haram, walking steps away. Location wise it is the best. The rooms are small, but well maintained. You don't have much sunlight coming into the room, this is the same with all hotels in that area. Shopping area is nearby. The Good thing is that there are many elevators in... More

We recently stayed at the Shaza hotel in Medina, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The food was phenomenal, the distance was ideal to the masjid, and coming in an out was very easy. My family was very impressed with the service and the generous attitude of the staff there, and we will certainly think of... More

This hotel by any standard is an over rated property. Rooms are rundown - Its not at all even a 4 star hotel, forget 5 star - Dealing with the front desk is nothing but a challenge - they cannot understand English and thanks to Saudi Rule of having Saudi untrained/uninterested kids to be front facing of dealing with customers.... Stayed here recently with my mother in and 6 year old daughter on a brief trip to Medina. Personally, I love the look and feel of the hotel. Feels like a small boutique hotel and the Arabic themed interiors fit nicely with the type of relaxed and spiritual mood i want to create and feel when i am visiting Medina.... More

Its the worst 5 star hotel you can imagine. Firstly its way too expensive as compared to other 5 star hotels in its vicinity. Then its bed had bugs. Caused us skin rash and when we complained about it, instead of cleaning, the management offered us a anti rash cream. Can you believe this. The staff is very rude. We were... More

I stayed here with my mother and wife for a week in Feb 2014. The hotel, service, management and staff were excellent. I am a typical British who enjoys being spoilt and has high expectations, I must say the hotel delivered. The manager has a western attitude and leadership approach where he puts customer service first. AlhumdulIilllah I have no... More

We visited Madinah in may 2014 and Shaza provided the perfect stay for our family. The check-in was smooth and our room arrangement was very comfortable for our family.. If you can afford it, then don't hesitate. Shaza is one of the most luxuries hotels i have ever stayed in, it has it's unique Islamic design, big rooms, wonderful breakfast, very close to the main gate of Al Masjed al Nabawy. I loved it.
