We got two rooms because we have a big family, they both are unclean and dusty and nasty. BOTH TV's DO NOT WORK, the wifi is terrible. Don't stay at this hotel if you can help it. Honestly I'd rather be at at home than be in Medina right now. Just because I cannot stand to be in this trashy... More

Location wise is not too bad.. 3 blocks from Haram. Convenient especially for ladies as it nearest to Haram"s ladies entrance. Rooms however are a bit smallish but then again this is norm for Madinah. Food regretfully is a let down

Good location, Rooms of small size, cramped settings. decent bathrooms, very small lobby. Slow elevators and few compared to size of the hotel.Breakfast settings cramped, adequate variety. Poor wifi service. Reception staff hardly receptive to your requests and needs. It is no more Raddison Blu. I believe that have failed to keep up the standards.

The hotel is very close to Masjid Al Nabawi. But the quad room is very small, hardly space for luggage. There are also no way of heating children's food. The staff were not that helpful when as sgked if the restaurant could facilitate this. The breakfast was amazing. The variety of choices was almost too many The reception staff were... More

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Didn't like the restaurant as it circles around the hotel and can be quite annoying. Rooms are clean with good room service. It gets very crowded during breakfast with very limited space for dining. I would still go back.

1. Carpets in the rooms are extremely dirty. 2. Breakfast was just unbelievably bad. 3. For sure not a 5* hotel. The positive points are:- 1. Location is good as it is near the female entrance for the mosque. 2. The staff are very helpful. 4. The check in and check out process was easy as well.

I was deceived by hotel name while booking online. As I arrived, I found out it was called Leader hotel, but I was still optimistic as the hotel looked neat from the outside. First bad news was there was vacant parking in the basement so I had to park in the Haram parking which was very cheap- only SR. 1... More

The hotel is a bit far, especially for men, it is nearer to women's area, breakfast was very good, service was good too. The drawbacks are: the hotel interior is dark, dull, and dreary, and the elevator system is incredibally stupid, and in the prayers rush time, you can wait 10 to 15 minutes to catch one But overall, it...
