the hotel is very close to Nabawi but it is too old and the room is runs down no staff for daily cleaning unless you ask and if they ask even they do not say so you need to give them money the tv are very old fashion and has nothing but boring arabic channels

Situated adjacent to gate 24/25 of the Prophet's Mosque. Popular among Malaysians and Indonesians pilgrims. There are only two lifts serving 14 floors and you can imagine the situation during the rush hour for prayer. There is no wifi at all. Location wise, very near to the mosque (north entrance). Direct access to gate 24 (women's entrance to the mosque).... More

Alhamdulillah.. Feb 2013 is my 2nd time coming here for my umrah trip. And this time i stay in this hotel. The location is better than the first hotel that i stayed last year (July 2012 umrah trip). Last time i stayed at Ishraq Al-medina which is a bit further.. Hotel in Madinah is way better than in Makkah. More... More

We stayed at this hotel during our umra trip and the only positive thing about this hotel is its location whichs only 50 meters from Nabawi mosque. The room & bathroom is barely clean enough and the beds only cover by thin sheet with old fur blanket...thanks to god that the a/c unit is cold enough to withstand 46 degrees... More
