Very clean and spacious. Ideal place for families as the Hotel located very near to Prophet's Mosque. Madinah. Friendly Staff. Kids enjoyed the stay. Comfortable stay. Several good restaurants around.

It is a bit a distance from the Medina Haram. The room we had was nice however they did not supply tea or coffee in the room and you could only get coffee at breakfast time. Not sure why but we had coffee in the morning in paper cups and not normal cups and saucers even juice was served in... More

Booked through booking.com for 3days with a friend, al-Madinah-Harmony Hotel 1- Web site pictures are not real. 2- The area was not spacey. 3- They wrote that the distance until al Haram was 3minutes, No way, it was 700 MTRS + took more than 7minutes. 4- The telephone needed maintenance, Hand wash basin. 5- Wi-Fi was kicking us out of... First, Location. Its on the last block of Haramain and slow ten minutes walk to Nabawi. The main entrance faces away from Haramain hence avoiding the mega traffic around that area should your coach or car were to head for the hotel. My room was on the ninth floor and with an unobstructed view view of Jabal Uhud, perfect!. The... More

First and the foremost thing is that their room cleaning service is perfect with very little amounts of tips. We gave 10 TRY once and they cleaned our room twice a day and change the towels very promptly. Food is on average, distance to masjid el nebevi is not so close but reasonable.

set not to far from the ladies section of the Harem, comfortable, but breakfasts very busy, wifi only available in Lobby, which is sad, lifts always busy, not too much of a variety at breakfast. Staff very pleasant, close to Harem

taking in consideration of the seasons and crowds that are attracted to this beautiful city, the hotel has a decent staff at reservations. Breakfast buffet was extremely lousy however room service food was okay standards. What pleased me most at this hotel was the housekeeping making sure rooms were kept well and cleaned daily. Also take note: this hotel does... More

Harmony Hotel gets an A for location. Probably a few minutes walk from Masjid Nabvi. Located close to various shops, stalls, Bazaars etc. Check in does face it's challenges as with most hotels in Medina. The staff generally speak in Arabic and that at times makes it very difficult to get things done. The hotel does seem to be full... More

Near by Masjid E Nabwi. The 2 minutes walk makes you feel good. Breakfast was good but too crowded. I would suggest this to others. Over all the stay was comfortable and would surely book this hotel again.

I have just stayed at this hotel. It is the worst 5* hotel in the world. The room was dirty, old furniture and beds that need to be replaced. No water or tea/coffee in the room on arrival. Fridge was not cooling. Only 3 old towels for a double room. Carpet was dirty and smelly. No wifi. Called house keeping... More
