This hotel is calm, old, and clean. The breakfast and room service were above average. The rooms are partially renovated. The only really bad thing about this hotel is the location. This hotel is located near the old Dhahran airport which is now a military air base. Other than this it is fine. more

Staff very hepful and polite, rooms spacious and clean. Food very good especially the theme nights in the sands restaurant. Looking forward to staying there again. more

Very nice hotel. Great service. See them doing some refurbishing here and there. Rooms are good size, suites are huge. Convenient to Saudi Aramco, and Khobar. They also can arrange for a taxi across the causeway to Bahrain, if you are on an extended stay and want to get away for the weekend. more

The Hotel is located next to the old Dhahran Airport. Although a new Dammam International Airport about 50 km away serves the area now, the location of Dhahran International Hotel is convenient for people coming for business with Saudi Aramco, which is only five kilometers from the hotel. This hotel is next to the old Dhahran Airport, now used solely as a military airbase since the new King Fahad Airport at Dammam was opened, and it's nowhere near as busy as it used to be.
