The hotel location is very good for business purposes especially with Aramco, the staff are friendly, rooms are clean. The food is delicious with many choices. The Gym is new and there is a very nice pool if you like to swim.

This hotel service no purpose except to house oilmen on the way to or from the airport. Rooms are terrible. The hotel has spent all its money on the frontage and nothing in the rooms. Thank god I am not paying for the room

We stopped off at the Dhahran Palace Hotel for 3 nights as we had business meetings next door. Location is perfect for this and visiting the local Dhahran Industrial City, though there is nothing else near the hotel! Firstly the taxi driver didn't know where the hotel was, so it took a little longer to find the hotel - though... More

I stayed in this hotel for a long time while my company was renting it for its personell. It really depends on what room you get. Some rooms are very old and in a bad shape while some are excellent. Try to get rooms 290 and 291 (I think?) or rooms close to these rooms as they have huge TV's,... More

It is not modern, furniture is old and so are rooms, comfortable bed, good laundry service. The food is brilliant. By taste and variety. It has a big gym, fitness and weights, and a huge pool that can be closed and used during cold season.

The rooms have been rebuilt to reflect the most modern Western standards. I have traveled around the world to many locations and have had some of the best... More

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions on business. My stays have been varied in length, from 2 weeks to 1 night. In all of that time I have been treated really well. The rooms are good, the food is appertizing and varied and the welcome is always warm. The staff there make this hotel special. The receptionists... More

Threadbare towels, no cold water on first day, sheet to small for bed, stains on bedroom carpet and blood stain on bed frame. AC very noisy, paint flaking off the ceilings and looks like it was last decorated in 1980. Staff were really good. Breakfast was average but sufficient. Buffet dinner was good each night. Location is good for aramco... More
