I've stayed there 2 times in a business trip.Big rooms, good breakfast (you should try cheese omelet), nice staff and good room services. I've had some problems with room service like missing clean towells or forget to clean my room. But beside that nice choice. Some suggestion, it should have more option for entertainment, like a pool or a better... More

This hotel is good for its location, price, and breakfast. Nonetheless, the bad experience starts with the front desk. Only one trolly available for luggage. The receptionist increased the room rate twice and claimed they were mistaken. When I complained to the supervisor, he ridiculously asked me if I'd like & would accept the receptionist to pay for it from... More

I stayed in Khobar for a week, and this hotel was strategically placed near to work, and was one of the less expensive ones, when I went to the room, I was surprised with its small size, the room was good in general, but bathroom was poor, and towels were not clean, although when I called housekeeping they were very... Good property for business and leisure traveler, clean and simple. Friendly staff, free access to internet, spacious lobby and lounge, room size is good, suites are great for families, choice of breakfast is fair. Its in a quite location away from the city center, good only if you have a vehicle with you to move around.

Where to start, firstly if you have a current visa do not fly into Dammam (the local airport), instead fly to Bahrain and take a taxi over the causeway. You will be at the Hotel and checked in whilst the arrivals at Dammam are still queuing at customs. The Hotel itself is cosmopolitan by Saudi standards but be prepared to... More

It is also providing a good price with Golden Tulip in Dammam, actually more cheaper. Suitable for limited budgets, location is OK, again average level rooms, average level clean, lazy staff and nothing else..Suitable for sleep and go customers..

I lived in the hotel for 2 weeks this October 2013. The hotel is good but there is a lot to be improved by management. The rooms are good in size and well maintained however, the cleaners that clean the room give a minimum effort to clean. The room service isnt good specifically for the phone answering. I had to...
