Hotel was new, clean and room was a good size. Bathroom only had soap and shampoo so bring your own body lotion or anything else you should need. Spotlessly cleaned twice a day. Restaurant food was good, especially the international food. They didn't have an alcohol license so no wine or anything except beer - which is apparently not alcohol... more

It's 3th time I stayed in this hotel. Rooms and puplic areas are comfortable. Breakfast buffet is quiet enough. Room cleaning good. Hotel staff knows good english. There is just a minus "Internet for 24hours appr. 20.-USD" it's very expensive. more

Park Inn Ekaterinburg is a comfortable place situated in the city centre, with very helpful staff that speak English. Rooms are nice with the differently coloured walls, minibar, plasma TV, bathrobe and slipers(in Business Rooms). The rooms have wireless access. Breakfast Buffet has a plenty of choise. I liked the hotel and certainly will come back! more

We usually prioritize character ahead of everything else when selecting hotels - this place proves what a dumb policy that can be. Park Inn has no character whatsoever but everything works! The staff, especially the receptionists, were a pleasure to deal with and mostly spoke English, which was an unlooked for advantage. Apart from the ludicrously priced internet access rates... more

Stayed at the Park Inn for a week in Feb. 2008. The room had a king size bed in it, was clean and warm. However, the room was small for the money. The restaurant is fairly good, but not great. Gordons Scottish Pub is much better. Breakfast buffet was filling and had a good variety. Staff tends to be nosy... more

A very clean, fairly modern 3 star hotel. It doesn’t have the frills of higher end hotels, but the staff is helpful and friendly (and speak English), the hotel is well located close to the center of town, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful. Rooms are larger than normal with good lighting and the wireless coverage was excellent throughout, even... more

I stayed at the Park Inn mid-way through a Russian business trip. Having experienced a number of quirky at best, downright awful at worst hotels in Russia, the Park Inn came as a very pleasant surprise. Recently opened, the hotel was clean, bright, airy and modern. Arriving in the middle of the night, I was pleased to relax in a... more

Really a lovely hotel and a pleasant surprise after our ghastly stay in Moscow. English-speaking cable channels, mini refrigerator and warmed bathroom floor. Quiet, clean hotel with access to internet (250 roubles for 20 minutes) located close to banks, excellent shops: designer clothes, gourmet food and gifts and other amenities. Staff is young, attractive, helpful and can speak English. Restaurant... more

I stayed at Park-Inn for a month after having spent a week in another hotel (more expensive) in Ekaterinburg, and the change was welcome. It's very conveniently located (city center), though that accounts for some amount of noise. Also, one wing is directly exposed to a huge neon sign, which I found really annoying. Breakfast is excellent, though not very... more
