This hotel may have been a good one decade ago, but since the Olympics and it's new competitors it is falling far behind. Room look like in the 1980s (except for TVs). Window open for just a small crack, and air condition wasn't working. There is a restaurant under the rooms that can make your nights pretty loud and harming... More

Basically, there are a lot of new hotels in Sochi. However, for some reason, our hosts choosed this one. Now, since I was hosted, it is not fair to complain. However, it is very modest, and "under-maintained". My private feeling was like the owner built few newest hotels, and stopped taking Marins Park Hotel seriously. Still, the staff is nice... More

I'm checking-out with a very good feeling of having spent good time here. Although I admit that disadvantages mentioned by other reviewers (second to none noise insulation, 'bullet wi-fi' used to be at times more like a bullet-time wi-fi, mediocre pianist in the restaurant) are true, they didn't change my overall experience in the hotel. After all, if you are... More

I've been several times to the Marins Park Hotel, and I must say I'm impressed how the service improved during the Winter Olympics. The staff is friendly and always eager to help, during the breakfast there's a pianist playing the piano. It may not be perfect, but while I know many russian hotels, Marins Park is always a good choice... More

I`ve stayed in this hotel for nearly a month, and it is an awful place. From where to start... Apparently it is a 4* hotel, but for me it is more like a 2*-3*. So first thing, it is overpriced. Rooms are not clean, there is no hot water in the morning, walls are so thin you can hear everything... More

Stayed 2 weeks in the hotel and have to say in 2 weeks there was only one time hot water was available. Im sorry to say but for a 4 star Hotel which is charging almost 80 EURO for a room its not acceptable.Cleaning of the rooms is as well not properly done, sometimes water is placed as complementary, sometimes... I hardly can recomend this hotel inspite its situation in the center of Sochi and on the seaside. Very poor and bad rooms (at least the economy rooms), very soviet service. A bad noise insolation. The only pluses are neibourhoods and a good breakfast.

Soviet style, very old facility, overpriced. I won't return to this hotel. Good and quite location near to the seaside, in the heart of Sochi, but I didn't like this hotel. The hot water didn't work for all my stay (3 nights) because of construction in the area. They put just a sign saying that, but no discount or maybe... More

The hotel is located in the very heart of the city, at the embankment by one of its sides. However at the moment it is heavily surrounded by constructions. It means no view, dirt and technical/mechanical noise all the time. The hotel itself is rather functional having all that stuff like cafe, restaurant, laundery, swimming pool, ticket office etc. Free... More

It was my first time in Sochi, and the hotel was selected by our Moscow office as a "safe choice" for the first time visitor. I cannot deny this judgement, but I doubt if I will stay here again for several reasons. Nothing terribly wrong, yet nothing to write home about, and hardly a good value. The Good: The rooms...
