Poor and one more time poor! Small room and very small bathroom. Terrible bed and awful colored room. Only good thing is View to the mount Beshtau, but 4 days out of 5 were foggy. Terrible spa and gym, at 9:30 while exercising, cleaner is mopping in front of your feet, funny. If you are staying in the hotel have... More

The service on the desk is like in the old U.S.S.R.: it takes many time to receive the key of the room and they ask more papers than where ever: they even ask proof of registration in other cities?! Without this, it's an acceptable hotel: the rooms are o.k., without frills, but everthing (shower, lights, heating) is working well. Breakfast... More

One of the striking example when the local hotel is very expensive but the service and the rooms are still on the Soviet level. The hotel is twice overpriced and it is a result of a still low level of the competition in the area. I wonder whet it finally stops?

Stayed here in June of 2012. Rooms are average, service was poor - but they tried their best. When we arrived, there was one person working the desk and 6 people waiting to check in. Each check in took over 10 minutes, not exactly the type of wait you want after flying all day to get to Pyatigorsk. The clerk... More

Fantastic view to Beshtau and Mashuk mountains! But don't ask for Wi-Fi in your room as they advertise on the web-site! To get your internet connection you will have to go down to the lobby each and every time! If someone is drinking, dancing and smoking next to you don't complain! Breakfast is rather awful with heavy food whether you... More

This large multi-storey hotel is conveniently located in the district of Pyatigorsk called 'Belaya Romashka' (translated as 'White Daisy' from Russian). It is very close to downtown (about 10-15 min. by public transport or car, 20-30 min. on foot) and there are always plenty of cabs waiting nearby and several bus/tram stops (going to different directions) are literally on the...
