I stayed one week at this hotel, the plumbing and bathroom is in very poor condition. The staff were very unfrindly. Breakfast selection were very poor, greasy food and dirty dishes, only thing good about this hotel are the security and good parking location. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. More

NIcely renovated. Well-trained receptionists (judgement based on 2 shifts). Good location (in my opinion) - in the middle of the main street. A striking diference to the horrible Soviet-style property it was until recent. NOTE: I never take breakfast, so this I can not judge. More

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days in June on a business trip. In the center of Krasnodar.There are secure parking. The friendly staff at reception.The hotel has a good repair, clean and comfortable rooms.Good breakfast (buffet). Free wireless internet. Safe and TV in the room. A good hotel for business people. The Intourist has one of the best locations in the city, but that's it. It is a holdover from the Soviet days. There has been an attempt in recent years to modernize it, but its still lagging. There are other hotels in Krasnodar that I generally recommend. If anyone would like some advice, please contact me. More
