My husband and I stayed here for one night on a stopover in Listvyanka. Room was very nice and spacious. Our room had a lovely view over looking the town and lake. The main picture used by Tripadvisor (and booking.com) is not of this hotel but rather the more run down place next door. Krestovaya Pad is a new looking all wooden structure in several buildings overlooking the valley and the lake. We stayed in the most basic room and round it comfortable and clean.
