The place is a bit out of town, but the walk down to the lakefront is pleasant. They offer rich breakfast which fills you up for the great baikal trail, which actually starts right in front of the chalet. The twin rooms are simple and clean. The host is very nice and informative. Didn't like that wifi was not offered... More

This was our stoppping point to visit Baikal during our Trans-mongolian trip. Found the hotel difficult to locate and with little/no people in the area speaking English we popped into another hotel who fortunately helped us out. This hotel when we were there was not signed from the lakeside main road and is a 3/5min walk uphill (not steep). Checked... More

The location is fantastic and the lake spectacular. Our room was lovely: spotless, with a nice new shower room and access to the shared balcony. It was also pleasantly cool in the summer heat. The twin beds were a bit odd and I wasn't over keen on nylon sheets but everything else was perfect including the lovely breakfast.

Beautiful location-worth dragging your cases up the hill to get there. Order dinner at least once when you stay here it's a lovely meal. Irene was a wonderful host constantly striving to make sure you're comfortable and enjoying yourself. Unfortunately that cannot be said for the second host, Maria, which I'm putting down to language barrier. She couldn't seem to... More

Our group loved their stay at this cozy cabin-style chalet in Listvyanka. We enjoyed a nice dinner the evening we arrived and a wonderful breakfast the next morning before our departure. Our hostess was very friendly and we all felt like family. ... I would also like to compliment our tour company Baikal-Complex (owner of the Chalet) for all of... More

We stayed two nights during New year's Eve and we spent a great time. The hotel is pefectly located between downtown and the trekking path to Bolshoe Goloustnoe. Hosts (specially Maria) are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are opulent and there is free wi-fi. Only price was higher than expected (but reasonable for the season). Rooms are big (bathroom included),... More

We really loved that yhe house was build from wood. It's nice and cozy. We liked the way the staff treathed the guests and also their pets.... More

The rooms were spotless and had everything you need. It's in a great spot just 3 minutes away from Lake Baikal. Surrounded by woods and beautiful wooden Houses, this place is a great getaway for couples and solo travellers alike. The service from the hostess Marie was what made the stay, she also happens to be a mean cook, serving... More

This chalet guesthouse had comfy little bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and generous balcony space with pleasant views towards Baikal, simple tasty breakfast, offered supper (though I didn't try) and had a fridge full of beer and water in the dining room .. though the beer ran out on our second evening and the staff didn't seem too interested. Wooden... More

What made this hotel so good was the hostess (Maria). Despite her limited English she made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door and did everything possible to make our stay an enjoyable experience. Our room was very spacious and we had a lovely view from the little balcony over to Lake Baikal. The only thing... More
