Angara is the central hotel in Irkutsk. The exterior is great. It is shabby inside, but clean, and the key lady on my floor was friendly and helpful once she knew I wasn't a spy. Another bog-standard 3-star Russian hotel, which would be 1-star elsewhere. There was nothing especially bad nor especially good about this hotel.
