Pros: Very nice room indeed; very clean throughout; good central location; helpful English-speaking staff; Decent food in both restaurants. Cons: Everything a bit too pricey-restaurants etc. even the laundy cost £3 to wash a pair of underpants! Some breakfast items a little disappointing-fruit salad came out all brown and tired-looking. Overall a pleasant stay but you pay for it.

It's a very good, comfortable hotel. Design is japanese style, all the furniture is modern, the equipment is megatecnological. Rooms are comfortable, clean. Food excellent. I suggest it to everybody

The hotel was nice and the dtaff was very polite. Rooms were good, spatious. Location is fine, in the very center of the city. It is expensive, but in contemporary Russia everything is becoming very expensive.

Till now there are no good hotels in Siberia (in terms of international standards). The Sayen Hotel is an unexpected exception.
