Hotel is definately the nicest in Kazan. Very Modern, and excellent service. It is not a five star when it comes to bed comfort and room. I would say it is like a sheraton here in the US. Went to dinner at the Opera restaurant, service was extremely good and very efficient. Ending up ordering form the Sushi bar in the hotel, ladies perogative!
