I travel for business all over Russia, and this hotel, although it looks attractive from the outside and inside (think: expensive looking furniture in the lobby and hallways), is not worth what I paid for it (more than 100 EUR per night). We arrived at 3am and had to wait for reception to fix the computer 'bug'. Wouldn't let us do it in the morning as it would be a new staff shift. When we finally got to our room we could not find the light switches and had to use our phones to find them. Opened windows for air but had... More

Stayed here during the 2013 world junior hockey championship. Dina, the lovely day manager who speaks English, was very sweet and helpful. If she isn't on duty, communicating with the front desk can be difficult if you don't speak Russian. Some colleagues had issues with their rooms.
