Have recently stayed at Rossi (for the second time), and was surprised when got upgraded from Standard to Deluxe room and was allowed to call free of charge to my office in Moscow (I was explained that it was a special offer). Reception guys are always "in time" with their taxi. more

From 22 to 24 of April I have been in St.Petersburg. My company booked this hotel for me. Upon check-in I was pleasantly surprised that I was upgraded without any extra charge.
