Zlatoust - Location: reasonable, it's 1 subway stop away from the Nevsky stop (but too far away to walk to and located in the other side of the Neva) - Room: very large and spacious (we had #15). Quite clean with old-style furniture, small and old bathroom (no windows or ventilation). Despite being located in a busy street, the room... More

I stayed at the Hotel Zlatoust for 3 nights (for business). On the plus side the hotel is quite centrally located (about 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station / 10 - 15 mins walk from Nevesky - Winter Palace area). The room and bathroom was clean and well maintained. Breakfast is basic (yogurt, bread etc...). The hotel has... More

This is small but nice and well-located hotel, with very serious and welcoming staff. The breakfast was average, but everything else was fine. Very nice? new and clean room and facilities at all. The hotel is recommended for business trips and active vacation when you don't plan to be too mych in a hotel. There is no airconditioning, so may... More

We stayed not at the main hotel but in a smaller section on the other side of the road. At the entrance though a inner courtyard we felt slightly uneasy, the rooms which are on one floor were secure, clean and pretty. A friendly Russian employee cooked typical russian breakfast for us in a tiny kitchen where not more than... More

I stayed there at Hotel Zlatoust, Benua House during Easter holidays in Apr 2012, for 5 nights. The hotlel is small, but very nice and cosy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no problem in communication!! Although, most can not speak English, but they try their best. The location is very good only app. 10 minutes walk to... More

location is not in the center but easy accesible. Single room is very very small. Clean, good breakfast, friendly stuff, no condition, so in the summer - very hot in the nights

We stayed at the "microhotel" Zlatoust for 3 "white nights" in one of the ensuite rooms facing the main street. A nice room with wiifii and a fridge. Good breakfast. Good security. The room was rather noisy because it had no a/c and we had to keep the windows open due to the very warm weather. A great location (10... More
