Nevsky Grand is a very nice hotel, the staff is friendly, helpful and serviceminded. It was easy to check in and out. The rooms are small and the bathroom is very small but everything worked perfectly and we didn´t come to Saint Petersburg to linger in the hotel all day long. We picked this hotel for its location, and we thought the rest would be OK (i.e. not great customer service, not a huge room, and the like). Excellent staff make this brown hotel accommodation better than it is. The reception and restaurant staff could not be faulted. The bathrooms, though small, are adequate & clean.
