Located on the main road Leading to St. Petersburg. Efficient bell service. Front counter staffs speaks English. Nice comfortable room with heating on the bath floor. Bath equipped with toiletries, hair dryer, shaver plug point and tub. Room comes with coffee making counter, mini fridge and safe. However wifi is not free in the rooms. Clean, highly comfortable and travellor friendly hotel. Has good and efficient facilities with most staff speaking English. Well located although a little far from airport. Highly resposive to travellor's odd demands like providing pack breakfast at 4 AM. An enjoyable and comfortable stay. More

Like all Holiday Inns, the hotel was clean, modern and well maintained. In fact it looked very new. The breakfast was a feast - food of every kind was there. A funny thing was that the oranges and apples were sliced into two - to prevent people taking too many with them probably. Have never seen that at any other... More

I stayed at the hotel based on the reviews, however when I got there I was a bit disappointed. While the location is only a few stops away from the city centre, I quickly discovered that I stayed in the wrong place. The large building has no character/soul, the long corridors and spacious sitting areas are desolate, and the rooms... More

Although the rooms are not big it fit perfectly well for a triple. Arrived with the extra bed already in place with extra towels and amenities for the third person every day that we were there. Has a convenience store near the hotel which we spend all our extra rubles before moving on to Finland for our Scandinavia trip. Breakfast... More

This hotel was a good basic hotel. It's very close to subway and a great little Italian restaurant (pizza place). But there's not much else near it. You will be taking the subway or taxi or tour to see the sites, not walking. There are a number of restaurants in the hotel and a dance/night club. The "cow bar" was... More

Of course this hotel is a bit far from the city center but it's near to Moskovskye Vorota subway station and it's easy to go to everywhere you want. Also there is a good supermarket just next to hotel. We bought some stuff in very reasonable price from there. The hotel ambience seemed cold to me, interiour designer used white color broadly... More

I was in Saint-Petersburg in the end of February, and choose HI for my stay again. In low season I liked it even more. Specially winter rates. Staff at reception desk was very friendly. I've got free upgrate, executive room vas bigger and with a nice view from upper floor. Breakfast assortment now is a bit better and what I... More
