First of all, This IS NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL AND NEVER WAS. I don't know why they advertise the four stars if they are nowhere to be found on the premises. I thought if you are a respectable hotel you like to show off those stars. There are none here! So in fact, THIS HOTEL HAS NO STARS. Ok,... More

I stay this hotel first time. The location is not in city center but it is close to Len Expo. Hotel organize transportation form and to Len Expo according your needs. Room was normal but the disruptive think was that it was so hot. Outside it was 8C and heating coil was heating the room in full speed. Breakfast was... More

The staff was really kind, they helped us in everything we needed. Even if they didn't speak english very well, they would try (or call someone who did). The rooms were ok, 3* standard I'd say. The bathroom was good too. Nice location, near a busy avenue, with a metro station nearby. No elevator, though, so if you have problems... More

I stayed for one night, a lovely little hotel in small quiet street, close to the canal and bridges that rise up at night, very beautiful views. Normal breakfast for light eat in the morning. Friendly staff, working with smile. The room was not in perfect condition, but still good for one or more night stay. Metro is about 500m... More

Great little hotel. Breakfasts are ok. Dinners and wine are great. Very cosy. Old elevators... Very romantic! The only inconvenience is that like in most old buildings in St.Petersburg there are damp basements which are nurseries for Mosquitos. They get in through the ventilation system. Just a few minutes from the metro station. No pets allowed. Nice personnel.

I stayed at the hotel for 10 nights in August 2012. My overall impression/experience is good, but there are couple of things to keep in mind: 1. The walls in the rooms are not sound proof enough not to hear what’s going on in the hall or room next to yours. One night a guy in the next room decided... More

We’ve stayed here in a standard room. The room was not big, but clean and quiet. The hotel is situated on Vasilievskiy Ostrov and is about 30 minutes walking from Nevskiy, or you can take a tube (1 stop) to the city center. The tube station is about 5-7 minutes walking from the Hotel. The neighborhood is nice and quiet,... More

This was my first visit to Russia, so I didn't know quite what to expect. To my surprise, the hotel receptionists spoke good English. Plus they were very helpful from organizing taxi to printing my ticket for Hermitage which I bought online. The restaurant staff didn't spoke English very good, but they were eager to speak and did every effort... More

What can be more pleasant and wonderful than this authentic Russian Hotel? Cozy rooms, quiet and calm atmosphere and delicious food - especially homemade blini and sirniki for breakfast- make this hotel a great place to stay during your vacation in Saint-Petersburg. My family and I enjoyed 2 weeks there. There is a free wi-fi and laptops for rent, and... More
