Absolutely wonderful Boutique Hotel which lived up to expectations. The staff were very helpful long before I arrived as i had to cancel and re-schedule, they were professional and welcoming. I had checked reviews on Trip Advisor before my journey and on arrival discovered they were all true. The Hotel is a must for anyone visiting the Hermitage and Cathedral... More

Located in the heart of the old center of Saint Petersburg. Only a five minutes’ walk to The Hermitage and all the other highlights from this beautiful city. De ladies at the reception speak very well English, and it is their pleasure to help you in any way they can. We asked their help to book restaurants, to plan visits,... More

We enjoyed a great 2 night stay, in a comfort room in early March. It was not long enough. The Pushka is a wonderfully restored stately home with alot of history, which made us immediately feel we were in the Tsarist Russia era. The room was very big, with a huge deep bath. The water was hot and the pressure... More

A great little hotel with a wonderful location just minutes away from the Hermitage and with good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also has a good restaurant with a decent menu. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean, well decorated and beds comfortable. The bathroom and shower were spotlessly clean. The selection for breakfast covered all... More

We made our reservation months ago based on reviews by others. The hotel more than exceeded our expectations. I was particularly impressed with the advice and guidance they provided to us even before we arrived. We were traveling with my five year old and they went above and beyond, suggesting, unasked, activities that he might enjoy. As for the hotel... More

This is by far one of our favorite hotel experiences, including many stays in many countries! The staff were consistently friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms were well designed, warm, and clean and you can't beat the location on the canal so close to the Winter Palace (Hermitage). It was well worth paying for the canal view upgrade and the... Everything was tremendous. The location is amazing with a 2 minute walk to the hermitage and 5 minute walks to the nevsky prospect and church on spilled blood. Very friendly and helpful staff who organised our theatre and day trips. The room and food were also great with the beds being very comfortable, a good size bathroom, and delicious breakfast... More

This hotel is quaint and lovely. Staff were very helpful and no problems with communication. The room had high ceilings, beds were comfortable. Bathroom a decent size and room was spacious. Our room faced the front of the hotel and was very quiet. The buffet breakfast was served in the adjoining building enough variety to keep you going for the... More

I stayed at this great little hotel in St Petersburg recently and found it exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable and all necessary facilities available but it was the extremely friendly and helpful staff which made the difference. Add to this a fantastic location and you can't lose.
