This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room we had was the most comfortable we stayed in during our tour. Breakfast was terrific with great variety of both hot and cold food and helpful staff. Position was also great, right in the centre of most of the things you'd wish to see. more

Whilst the hotel was clean and decent the service was as bad as I have experienced ever! No smiles no friendliness. We booked to have breakfast included but were charged. One must pay to use the hotel pool after 11.30am! Ridiculous! Every little thing seemed to attract an additional charge! Just to make a phone call to aid with booking... more

As a 4 star hotel, it is awesome. I liked the way that you use your room keys to use elevator. First time I see this procedure in Bangkok, it is the last time in St.Petersburg. By this way people who are not hotel guests are not wellcome in the rooms. It is perfect ! more
