We have a great stay at the Art-hotel. Good price, great location(city center), nice comfortable rooms, very clean, super nice friendly staff and good breakfast serve in the room. Great hotel, small with only 14 rooms. The hotel has all the necessary services (even free high speed internet, by Russian standards this is unheard of - Moscow Marriott charges $12 per hour).
